1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Whisperer, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be legally able to accept these terms in the place where you live.
2. What Whisperer provides
Whisperer provides free browser-based tools for adding styled text to images and generating copyable Unicode text. Features may include image upload, local canvas rendering, multiple text layers, style controls, downloads, text copying, presets, examples, and explanatory content.
No account or cloud storage is provided. Results depend on your browser, device, fonts, source material, and settings.
3. Your photos, text, and outputs
You retain any rights you already hold in photos, text, and other materials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use those materials and to publish or share the output.
Whisperer does not claim ownership of your locally created output. The service also does not grant you rights to third-party photos, trademarks, personalities, fonts, or other protected material that may appear in your inputs.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Whisperer to create, promote, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, exploitative, sexually abusive, invasive of privacy, defamatory, or infringing. You may not use the site to impersonate others, fabricate official documents, spread malware, bypass security, interfere with service operation, or generate artificial advertising interactions.
Do not upload or enter confidential information, passwords, financial credentials, identification documents, or material you are not authorized to process.
5. Whisperer content and branding
The Whisperer name, interface, original site copy, original graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the tools and exported results for lawful personal or commercial projects, but you may not copy the site, resell access to it, or imply ownership or endorsement of the Whisperer service.
6. Third-party services and names
The site may rely on Cloudflare, Google Analytics, Google Fonts, GitHub, and future advertising providers. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Whisperer is not affiliated with the Whisper app or with Google, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, X, or other platforms mentioned for compatibility or use-case examples. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Advertising
Whisperer may display clearly identified advertising in the future. Ads must not be treated as recommendations or endorsements by Whisperer. Do not click ads to support the site or for any reason other than genuine interest.
8. Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued without notice. We may update features, presets, supported formats, content, or usage limits to improve reliability, safety, or compliance.
9. Disclaimer
Whisperer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and backing up anything you create.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Whisperer and its maintainers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, revenue, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current effective date will be shown at the top of this page.
